為什麼投影後電視卻 看不到畫面 ？

不少用戶使用電視棒會遇到投影後電視突然黑屏、 看不到畫面 的問題，其中有可能是電視棒的投影解析度與電視解析度不相同

這時只要設定電視解析度就可以排除問題了，接著來講解如何用電視棒更改螢幕解析度教學。

操作教學步驟前

請您先完成以下步驟

1. 將無線同屏電視棒和USB天線連接, 然後把 USB 天線電源插頭, 插入 5V/1A 變壓器 (手機充電器)。
2. 把 AnyCast插入電視機的 HDMI 輸入端* 。請把USB天線放置在電視機前方, 讓 Wi-Fi 信號更好。
   • 可搭配 HDMI 延長線使用
3. 用電視搖控器, 把電視切換到 AnyCast所插入的 HDMI 輸入端。
4. 然後AnyCast的畫面將會顯示在電視上。請按照此說明書完成安裝和設定。

接下來請您連接到電視棒的網頁開始進行設定

使用網頁設定電視解析度

在電視棒安裝完成之後, 進入電視棒設定網頁
點選 > 解析度
然後選取適合的解析度 (resolution)

依照電視機支援的畫質挑選，成功後畫面即顯示可以開始進行投影。
