旋風TV 目前無法使用，其他影視網站請閱讀：【追劇網站整理篇】、【泥視頻】、【电影先生(可直接下載影片)】。

這網站關閉，那影音先鋒也可以解除安裝了 ="= ... 似乎又是一個時代結束。筆者沒有找到可替代(提供先鋒片源)的影視網站，現在改用 HLS 下載器來儲存線上影片，例如 FetchV 擴充功能支援下載劇迷、329影城的影片，以四線程連接加快速度。

旋風 TV（又名：TW116／星光電影）免費線上影視網站，有電影、電視劇、動漫、綜藝等豐富的影視節目，網站提供兩種觀看方式，雲播不用安裝軟體以網頁播放器看影片，以及先鋒片源透過影音先鋒應用程式可以下載儲存影片。

「旋風 TV」是存活很久的免費影視平台，早期名稱是 TW116 歷經快播片源時期，後來陸續提供先鋒、西瓜播放器片源、網盤下載和網頁播放等多種觀看方式，2020 年網站大幅度改版並保留舊版網站，星光電影則是分身網站。

使用說明：

開啟「星光電影」網站，頁面上方有電影、電視劇、動漫等導覽選單，也能輸入關鍵字搜尋影片。

點選導覽選單(如：電影)，可從分類、類型、地區和年代等條件來篩選影片。

點選影片進入資訊頁面會有「先鋒、雲播」兩種觀看方式。

「雲播」就是網頁播放，播放器旁邊會有列表方便選集。

選擇「先鋒」片源會跳出視窗詢問是否開啟影音先鋒 xfplay 應用程式，可以觀看影片會同時下載儲存。

星光電影也有適合行動裝置的網站，瀏覽器打開網站選擇雲播片源就能觀看線上影視，不用下載安裝 App。

星光電影、旋風TV 可說系出同門，經營者同時保留舊版網站，在網頁上方有「舊版」連結，以及兩個網址也能免費觀看影片。

旋風TV（ixftv.com 或 tw116.com）的介面跟星光電影一模一樣，也有對應的行動版網頁。
