放射 師 全 聯 會

台灣醫事團體遭國際打壓，國際醫事放射師聯盟（ISRRT）將醫事放射學會、放射師公會全國聯合會會員名稱的「台灣」拿掉，改為「中華台北」。台灣團體已表達抗議，但未獲回應。

中華民國醫事放射學會臉書粉絲專頁日前貼文指出「更名傳聞是真的」「WHO向ISRRT施壓更名」，並指醫事放射學會與醫事放射師公會全國聯合會在收到ISRRT更名要求後，立即提出抗議，持續與中華民國政府單位努力要求撤回更名要求。

醫事放射師公會全國聯合會理事長杜俊元上午接受媒體訪問時說，醫事放射學會和醫事放射師公會全國聯合會加入ISRRT已有50年歷史，過去都積極參與國際會議事務。但ISRRT於2020年3月曾表示，因受到世界衛生組織（WHO）壓力，可能會要求台灣團體更改名稱，要把原名Taiwan-TWSRT和Taiwan-TAMRT的台灣（Taiwan）拿掉，改為Taiwan,China（台灣，中國）或尋奧會模式改為Chinese Taipei（中華台北）。

杜俊元表示，不管是Taiwan,China或Chinese Taipei，兩個名字台灣團體都不能接受，但到去年12月，ISRRT就來了正式信函，且遭強制改為Chinese Taipei，台灣團體對此感到遺憾與憤怒，已提出抗議，但還沒獲得回應。

杜俊元說，ISRRT在5年前也曾有一度要求台灣要改名，同樣宣稱受到世衛的壓力，因ISRRT有一部分資金來自世衛，必須遵循世衛的建議。不過，過去台灣都有定期參與國際會議，「見面三分情」，化解改名危機，但現在碰上疫情，沒辦法當面表達訴求。

如果ISRRT不理會台灣的抗議，杜俊元表示，若被強制改名，等同台灣放射學術成果可能被人收割，心情真的很不好，但只能更努力參與國際事務，且精進學術成就，讓世界不容忽視。

Dear members and guests of the radiation therapy in Asia, we are glad to invite you to attend the 4th Asia Radiation Therapy Symposium Representatives Meeting in Taiwan (ARTS) on Nov 5, 2016. Our Meeting is organized by the Taiwan Association of Medical Radiation Technologist (TAMRT) in cooperation with Taipei Veteran Global Hospital.

The theme of our meeting is “New cogitation of radiotherapy -Advanced techniques improve healthy”. Hence, we are hoping to share new knowledge, professional techniques and clinical experiences via this academic communication, which includes SBRT and VMAT. ARTS aims to extend your knowledge in various ways, such as in Cyberknife、IGRT skills、Proton therapy 、skills、 Quality Assurance (QA) and Patient safety…etc.

Moreover, we sincerely invite you to experience this beautiful island, Formosa, enjoying our world famous cuisine, hospitalities, and tourist spots.

The meeting would be start in the morning on Nov 5th. There are several scientific programs about clinical techniques and recent developments in radiology. Afterwards, we will have multiple research presentations, which will allow us to learn about the latest clinical investigations, and get the chance to discuss new topics, and to expand our professional perspectives.

The prospect of the participants will be expanded and stimulated. We make you to got the relaxing and memorable time, in this beautiful city.
