人生總是會遇到很多問題必須去面對及解決它，當你遇到問題時，要如何處理它？

如何用英文表達你面對問題的情況與態度呢？

《Let’s talk》講師 Michelle 在 Youtube 上列舉了8種面對問題時的用語，一起來看看吧！

當你面對問題時，不會擔心.感到煩亂，you can say :

Take it in stride. 或 Take it all in your stride.(英式說法）

當你決定承擔問題.打擊問題.面對挑戰時，可以使用這個短語。

通常這會用於一個人的聲譽遭到毀謗時，

ex. The reputation of our country’s president is being maligned by a lot of acquisitions, but he weathered the storm.

我國總統的聲譽因收購案而遭到毀謗，但他渡過難關了。

to start dealing with it 認真面對並著手處理問題

ex. In my city there is a serious problem of waste disposal and I think the government needs to come to grips with it.

在我的城市裡，存在著嚴重的廢棄物處理問題，我認為政府要去面對並開始著手處理此問題。

go through the problems very easily 面對問題時，能很簡單地應付它

ex. They sail through the interviews. 他們順利通過面試。

to show determination 顯示決心

ex. Grit your teeth and go through it！

go through happily 愉快地去經歷它

有時候遇到問題，你會感到難過.生氣.壓抑，但你沒有選擇，還是可以笑笑去面對問題。

ex. Sometimes you can’t change that person, that easily so you grin and bear it.

有時候你無法改變一個人，那很簡單地，只好逆來順受就讓它去吧！

to accept the positive and negative 好壞一起承受

ex. You should take the rough with the smooth, and go through it with a grin on your face, because not everything comes all good.

是好是壞都要一起接受它並笑笑去經歷.面對它，因為不會每件事都是好的。

to accept 逐漸接受(常指過世的人）

ex. Her son passed away，I know it’s hard but she need to come to terms with it.

她的兒子過世了，我知道那很難但她要去試著慢慢接受他。

渡过难关的英文：
muddle throuth ;weather a storm ;weather the storm

参考例句：

He will be willing to tide us over.
他愿意帮助我们渡过难关。
Her courage and good humour saw her through the bad times.
她有志气、性格刚强,有助于她渡过难关.
All the neighbors clubbed together to help him through difficulty.
所有的邻居都来帮他渡过难关。
I don't believe he minds much about what you do as long as you help a lame dog over a stile
我相信只要你是帮人渡过难关，他就不会太介意你所做的事。
In the recent crisis no banks could manage to bail out the companies feeling financial pressure.
