博客来订单查询

目前會員已可自行於會員專區中查詢商品出貨情形,請您可登錄「會員專區」→「交易記錄」→「訂單查詢」,查詢您訂購商品的出貨狀況。

At present, members can check the shipment status of the products in the member area by themselves. Please log in to the "My account" → "transaction history" → "order query" to check the shipment status of your ordered products.

訂單查詢內各種訊息說明所代表的意義如下:

The meanings of various messages in the order query are as follows:

收到訂單:博客來已收到會員所完成的訂單。

Order received: Books.com.tw has received the order completed by the member.

待付款:博客來尚未收到會員轉帳的款項。

Pending payment: Books.com.tw has not received the payment from the member.

資料處理中:博客來正準備將您的訂單轉由物流中心處理。

Data processing:Books.com.tw is preparing to transfer your order to the logistics center for further processing.

無庫存,調貨中:該商品博客來無庫存,尚在為會員調貨。

Out of stock, Restocking: The product is currently out of stock and Books.com.tw is ordering stock in from another store.

已有庫存:該商品博客來已有庫存,若訂單中的商品都顯示「已有庫存」,則代表商品將於這兩日安排出貨;若訂單中的商品部分顯示「已有庫存」、部分顯示「無庫存,調貨中」:則博客來會先集貨7個工作天左右,若屆時仍無法調到所有商品,會把已調到的部分先送出。

In stock: The product is currently available in Books.com.tw. If the goods in the order show "in stock", it means that the goods will be arranged for shipment in these two days; If part of the product in the order shows "In Stock" and part of it shows "Out of stock, Restocking", Books.com.tw will first restock the goods for about 7 working days. If all the products cannot be ordered in by then, the parts that have already been ordered in will be sent out first.

出貨處理中:商品經由物流中心撿貨包裝作業,進而分配給配送廠商。

Shipment processing: the goods are picked up and packaged by the logistics center, and then distributed to the distribution vendor.

包裹過大無法送達門市:若您的訂單選擇7-ELEVEN取貨方式,但物流中心於出貨時發現商品體積過大情形無法送至門市時,我們會以Email通知您變更「客樂得貨到付款」方式寄送。您於會員專區的訂單狀態將變更為「包裹過大無法送達門市」,請您可於看到此狀態時來函告知方便的配送資訊,客服人員將儘速為您處理。

The parcel is too large to be delivered to the store:

If you choose the 7-ELEVEN Payment upon Pick upmethod for your order, but the logistics center finds that the product is too large to be delivered to the store at the time of shipment, we will notify you by email to switch to another delivery method ofPayment on delivery". The status of your order in the member area will be changed to "The package is too large to be delivered to the store". When you see this status, please write to us the delivery information you're convenient with, so that the customer service staff will handle it for you as soon as possible.

轉配送廠商集貨區:商品將轉交給配送廠商。

Transfer to the collection area of distribution vendor: The goods will be transferred to the distribution vendor.

已寄出:商品已由配送廠商配送中,會員可留意是否收到「出貨通知」。

Sent:  The product has been delivered by the distribution vendor, and members can pay attention to whether or not they have received the "Shipping Notice".

已配達:包裹已送達指定的收件地址。

Already delivered: The parcel has been delivered to the designated receiving address.

已到門市:商品已送達門市,請檢視您是否收到取貨通知信函,也可至「會員專區」>「信件備份」中查詢信件備份。

Arrived at the store: The product has been delivered to the store. Please check whether you have received the delivery notification letter. You can also check the letter backup in "Members Area"> "Letter Backup".

逾期未領,訂單已取消:商品的取貨期限已過,包裹已被退回博客來物流,若會員仍需要該商品,則需重新下訂單訂購。

The order has been canceled: if the product is not claimed after the expiry date: the product's pick-up period has expired, and the package has been returned to the Books.com.tw  logistics. If you still need the product, please place an order again.

未領貨,訂單已取消:會員未領取出貨商品,該訂單已取消。

The order has been canceled: if the goods are not picked up: The order has been canceled if the member has not picked up the shipped goods.

退(換)貨處理中:正在處理會員退換貨的商品。

Return (exchange) of goods in progress: The goods returned or exchanged by members are currently in progress.

退貨已退款:會員退貨的商品已於退款處理作業中,請於三個工作日後查詢退款金額。

The returned product has been refunded: The product returned by the member is in the process of refund processing, please check the refund amount after three working days.

換貨已寄出:會員換貨的商品已重新寄出。

An exchange has been sent:The product that the member has exchanged has been re-sent.

轉廠商處理:若您訂購的是「轉廠商出貨」的商品,將顯示此訊息。

Trans-vendor processing: If you ordered a "trans-vendor shipping" product, this message will be displayed.

廠商已寄出:轉廠商出貨商品已寄出。

Sent by Vendor:  The goods shipped by the vendor have been sent.

出貨同時,系統會發送出/取貨通知到您的電子郵件信箱,或可至「會員專區」→「信件備份」→「系統信件備份」中查看此通知信函。

At the same time of shipment, the system will send out a shipment/pickup notifications to your email mailbox, or you may go to "Members Area" → "Mail Backup" → "System Mail Backup" to view the notification letter.
